Dr. Robin J. Vannoy is a highly accomplished educational strategist with over 20 years of experience, holding a Doctorate in School Psychology, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, and specialized certification in School Discipline Reform. Her roles as Director of Special Education and Director of Deans gives her unique insight to guide stakeholders across the full spectrum of student services, including inclusion, health, counseling, and 504 plans, with an emphasis on using restorative practices to minimize exclusionary discipline.

For district partners, Dr. Vannoy addresses the systemic failure of traditional discipline. She implements data-driven frameworks that transform lackluster In-School Suspension programs into equitable intervention centers, directly mitigating high-risk legal vulnerability related to racial disproportionality and Special Education compliance, ultimately freeing up administrative time.
